I've gotten similar fuel pump modules from other after-market competitors and am always disappointed. Amazon's price on the AC Delco product was the same as other cheaper on-line competitors and a lot less than the local auto-parts-box store ... and I got it the next day. 6 Months later, no complaints.

I started to smell fuel from my vehicle so I took it to a friend of mine which is a mechanic and found a small crack on the fuel pump component. And of course you can't just buy the component itself you have to buy the whole fuel pump. Which my mechanic said a new one would cost $500.00 to $600.00. I was like no way and because I am one of those people that shops around and I found me a new one here on Amazon for $250.00 and free shipping. Thank God for Amazon!!!! Thank you!!!!Mrs. T

This went on my girlfriends 07 equinox. There is a elbow on the top that cracked and was leaking fuel and the way its made required the whole pump to be replaced. Parts stores were upwards of 630 dollars for a replacement so after some digging I figured out this would do. It doesnt come with fuel level senders of which there are two on the equinox. The fuel gauge was working fine before so this didnt bother me just took a little extra time during the install, no biggie.Now for the rest of the story. The first one i got worked exactly 3 days. She brought it home, shut it off, next morning its, "Honey my car wont start." Could hear the pump running with the key cycled but not even a flick on the fuel pressure gauge. I disassembled it to find the check ball assembly at the bottom of the pump came apart.Amazon as always replaced the pump free of charge, and sent me one the day i turned it in and then picked up the old one a few days later no questions asked. Hats off to amazon, but it still cost me another half days labor and if it was a customer car that would be a comeback and money out of my pocket. The second one has been fine however. I'd still buy one on here again given the circumstances though.And I'm pretty sure amazons parts thing said it wouldnt fit my car, but after cross referencing numbers i was sure it would and it fit perfet.
