My husband was recently required to be on oxygen 24/7. The regular canulas are very uncomfortable - especially if your head is a little large. They hurt the back of the ears and under the nose. This canula, with the elastic band, holds well without going behind the ears and does not have to be as tight to be effective. It was so good to be able to buy just one of these to see if it was useful to us. Many companies require the purchase of a full box of 50.
