My wife received this DVD holder for her birthday on Saturday, November 12th. The only reason I'm not giving you a review on the actual product is that we can't put it together. When we opened the box we discovered our DVD holder was missing a swivel plate. So on the 13th we called the customer service for Spartak, apparently the same company as Venture Horizon, and left a message explaining the problem. We did not receive a call back on the 14th so on the Tuesday, the 15th I called them. They said they'd ship us one out that would be there by the end of the week, possibly the beginning of this week. After talking to them again today, Tuesday, the 22nd, I've found out that it still hasn't shipped and may not be here until at least Friday. It shouldn't be this hard to get a part sent to our house. If you're considering buying this product, take this into consideration. On the upside, the DVD holder itself seems pretty nice. The quality of the parts seems good and the assembly, so far, has been easy enough.

The media tower is great. It does all that it says. My husband put it together by himself in about an hour and a half. My only problem was finding a place to put it. Even though I measured, I did not comprehend just how large the whole thing was. I almost had to send it back. I am glad I didn't though. It is nice to have all of our collection on display where we can actually see what we have. I had a tendancy to buy movies and cd's twice because it was to hard to search through all the different spaces where we had them. Now they are in alphabetical order.GREAT!!

I bought this tower as a Christmas gift 2010. I wish I had gotten one for myself. It is solid and sturdy, it swivels smoothly, and was easy to put together. It is very larger than expected, but he has an extensive DVD collection and is almost ready for a second tower. It sits in the corner of the family room and is an attractive piece of furniture. I have no regrets in purchasing this tower and would do it again!
