I ordered one to just see how difficult it might be to install. Imagine my delight when just about two hours later I was out the door and on the road. This three speed hub is an excellent deal for the money. Quickly delivered and NO missing hardware. All you need to install it is an adjustable wrench. Instructions would have been nice, but you-tube videos will do the trick. I ordered the second unit within the week. It's sold by Nirve, but it's made by Shimano. Good quality merchandise. Great once put together but poor assembly and packaging lower rating

Pros:- Great size for the price with tons of room for toys, hammocks, dishes and anything else.- Love the two front facing doors which makes everything easy to clean and access- Once it's assembled it has a very sturdy feel to it and does not look or feel cheap- Cage is lifted so the animal is never at ground level and the storage shelf is very handy- Wheels for easy moving and cleaning, even on carpet!- The ramps and hammock included are actually pretty nice, not too slippery and just the right size.Cons:- When I opened the box I laughed and thought that maybe ferrets packaged the box. All the shipping foam was destroyed in pieces and the box literally fell apart in my hands as I was opening it -- felt like it had been chewed on by mice or something!- The bag with the screws was torn open and the assembly instructions were crumpled into a little ball, like something you'd throw away. I don't know if my cage came used or how that happened but it was weird.- The holes didn't all line up and I had to make new holes / widen existing holes to put it together- Two metal pieces were bent. Looks ok now that it's assembled but made putting it together a pain.- If you're going to let your critter wander in and out of the cage you'll need to buy some kind of ladder as the cage is up too high for him to climb in by himself.- This one may not matter to most shoppers but the packaging it arrives in the mail in is the opposite of discreet. Huge lettering that says "FERRET" and a large picture of a ferret on all sides of the box. If you live somewhere that ferrets are illegal and are hiding one or maybe buying a cage for a chinchilla that would be awkward, haha.Overall it's a great cage and I'm happy I got it. My Chinchilla Loves It!

I would like to say that I don't normally review items, so that should be a statement of how pleased I am with the purchase. My mom ordered this for my Chinchilla about a week ago (Thanks SO much - love you!). It came earlier than expected, which was great. My boyfriend and I set it up. The instructions could have been more detailed but, like another user stated, the pieces are pretty obvious. Overall, the cage is spacious and sturdy. The large doors are very convenient. (I have included a picture above) I am incredibly pleased. Awesome Cage for Chinchilla BUT Has TWO Flaws

I purchased this cage for my beloved chinchilla several months ago. It is super spacious and taller than I had expected. I searched all over the internet and pet stores for the perfect cage. There are some brands out there cost that over $300 for a comparable cage, yikes not worth it! I decided on this one because the price was reasonable. However, it was on back order and I had to wait two weeks for it be in stock again. When the package arrived, it looked quite banged up. I guess I'm not too surprised since it's heavy and I doubt the delivery man took much care in trasporting it. The plastic tray was broken in several places, much to my disappointment. Afterall, it's an important part of the cage! I called Amazon to complain, but they couldn't provide me with a replacement (non existed). I didn't want to wait another two weeks to get a whole new cage, so I accepted a small refund. I ended up gluing the broken pieces together and it works fairly well.Assembling the cage was relatively easy. There were times when the pieces didn't fit, so I really had to put a lot of force into it. At the end however, everything turned out great! The cage is sturdy, well made, and looks beautiful with all the accesories inside. One of my favorite things about it is that there are two sets of doors that open to the right. It's easy to reach inside to replace accessories, change her food bowl, etc. The wheels at the bottom work great when moving the cage around. I also appreciate the shelf at the bottom for stoage.CON#1:Since this cage is ideally made for ferrets, the floors are made from parallel metal grating about 1 cm apart. Standard chinchilla cages come with 1 cm squares so that it is easier on their little feet. I solved this problem by placing YARDGUARD (hardware cloth you can buy from home depot) over the floors. I also added blocks of kiln dried pine so that my chinchilla can rest on them instead of the wire floors. This is the reason I can't give it a 5-star.CON#2:The metal ramps that come with this cage have some jagged, sharp surfaces! It's a piece of rectangular metal with many rung like bumps. The bumps were not properly filed and smoothed down. I was really concerned that my chinchilla would cut her little paws on them so I replaced them with wooden ramps I made from kiln dried pine planks.Overall, I am very satisfied with this cage after the above modifications. I was in need of a new set of flatware since I only had 7 out of twelve forks left in my set. Where do those things go?After a little research I discovered that 18/10 stainless is the best and that it is getting more and more difficult to find. You have to watch for 18/0. If you aren't reading carefully you may think is 18/10. It is definitely a poorer quality.The quality is excellent with this set. I don't think I've ever owned as nice a set. My previous set was an 18/10 Oneida set that is no longer available. I loved the serving set that is included especially the slotted spoon. The only thing I wish it had was a gravy ladle.I was so happy with this purchase that I decided to purchase another set and discovered that the price had went up considerably in just a few days time. Best BANG for your BUCK bird cage KIT

Just bought this cage for my Parrotlet, Nibbler, and she loves it! This cage is actually a flight cage and it gives her enough room to play around and the set up is simple and clean. It came with my accessories such as: calcium perch, 3 wooden perches, two toys, bird swing, wooden ladder, cuttle bone, mineral block, and two bird feeder/water. I would suggest stopping your nearest home depot to buy a small rectangular florescent light and place it on top for some lighting. Good drive but does not work on some computers

This might be a good drive, but it is not usable on some computers. To power up, drive requires ~ 650 mA, which is more than USB on my HP laptop can provide.USB 2.0 Power Booster cable can be used to solve that problem. It combines power from 2 USB ports, but it is currently out of stock on Western Digital store. I am not aware of any alternative solution and I could not find similar cable on the Net.Before purchase, I would recommend:1. Check USB settings on computer2. No Power Booster Cable

This is a very good drive but be aware that it does not work with all USB ports - a lot of them will not supply enough power to run the drive so you will need the power booster cable WDCA029RNN which connects to 2 USB ports to get enough power to the drive. The pity is that WD do not include this as standard since quite a number people buying this item will actually need it to run the drive. The Western Digital Passport line of hard drives is excellent. After using a 160 GB hard drive for 6 months, I realized that the reliability and ease of use of this drive was hard to resist. Priced competitively to other manufacturers, it has a great value.I purchased the 250 GB hard drive to augment my portable storage to keep all of my necessary files without having to resort to finding an outlet that most external hard drives require.The most important thing to do before using this drive is to Quick Format it in NTFS to handle larger files (> 4GB). It comes from the factory in FAT 32.It is a quiet drive and runs without the heat that most plug-in externals have.Constructed of lightweight plastic it is portable but not 'fragile'. I have accidentally dropped mine a few times without adverse effects.It's big use is for laptop users and academics who need large amounts of space in a small footprint. I purchased this about a month ago for my Quaker parrot when it was on sale with free shipping. She loves it. It is a bigger cage than we probably needed, but toys do take up internal space and there's still plenty of room for her to move around and stretch her wings. I am partial to playtop cages as my birds are only caged for sleep and when no one is home. It gives them personal space while allowing them to interact with eachother and me. The play area has an easy to clean tray and offers a lot of room for toys as well. I do line trays with newspaper to keep the poop and food off the metal and empty the tray daily.The directions weren't difficult to understand. The bolts go in the holes and you tighten it up with the allen wrench they give you. The pictures tell you all you really need to know so there is no need for extended written directions. I barely used them to assemble it. There are 2 or 4 longer bolts and it's easy to figure out where they go too. I had no problems with holes not matching up or not being fully punched out. It took under an hour for this gal to assemble. The color is nice, it tends to fade into the background so it's not overwhelming when you walk into the room. I also love that they included a vial of touch up paint and a paint brush.I can touch up any chips before they begin to rust. It cleans up nicely with Poop-Off wipes and the slanted skirt keeps all the stuff my bird tosses over the edge off my floor. I have a smaller, similar cage for my 25 year old cockatiel and after 10 years, I am pleased with that cage as well. He loves his cage too. It was a steal below $200 with free shipping. Smaller cages were actually more expensive.Bar spacing is the same as my cockatiel's 18x18 cage and it does have a sticker calling it a cockatiel cage, however an African Grey would easily fit in here and be happy. 8 of 8 people found the following review helpful.

I saw this cage at Petsmart and thought about getting it. Then I found out that I could get it shipped from Amazon. I had it for a few days before deciding to put it together. I had read a previous review that gave it 4 starts minus 1 because the instructions on putting it together was not that great. I agree they were not the best instructions but, only took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I just finished putting it together and am impressed with the quality of the cage (I'm sorry HOME). This is a good sized cage with a solid structure. I agree with other reviews that said putting it together was difficult, but that was because one had to work out the instructions; it wasn't too physically difficult to assemble, especially with another pair of helping hands. I love the bird-confounding latches and the doors that open to reveal the stainless steel bowls are perfect. Seed-guards on the side do a good job of making cleaning easier. Very happy with this rug

This rug looks exactly like it looked on my screen when I ordered it, and has a great feel. It looks great in my bathroom and we're very happy with it. We're also happy with the sellers. Because the rug ended up being out of stock, the company called me right away to let me know and to ask me if I wanted to wait for the order to come in, or if I'd like my money back. Very professional. I waited for the order. I had ordered this rug from another company on the internet first, with a less expensive price, but a terrible company whom I ended up canceling the order with. That particular company kept me hanging for weeks without telling me how my order was doing. Bought this McCulloch electric chainsaw to replace an old Craftsman electric chain saw. (the Craftsman got ran over by a car)Compared to my old Craftsman electric chain saw, the McCulloch seems to be wonderful. The first test was to cut a 16" diameter oak branch, cut thru it like hot butter. The "no tools needed" chain tensioner seems to be a good design (design seems to be similar to that used by other manufacturers).Assuming this thing keeps cutting/running the same way in the long term, then we have a winner.(note: all the electric chain saws come with cheap looking chains with cutting blades spaced very widely apart along the chain. To be ready for the bigger cutting jobs I sprung for a new $18 Oregon s-54 16" chain.)Update - Just cutout a 4' diameter 450# stump w/ this E-saw. It keeps doing a super job. In terms of a replacement chain, make sure to get the Oregon S-54 (S is style of cutter, 54 means 54 links). The MC literature suggests use of a S-55, but it is TOO Long and will soon wind up in the trash can. ALSO, the MC factory installed gasket for the lube oil, between the saw and chain bar is total trash. When changing out the chain, pull the bar off, pull out and throw away the MC factory gasket, clean the bar and apply a piece of electrical tape, using a knife to cut out a pathway for oil to the bar. McCulloch chain saw review

This is the second electric McCilloch 16" chain saw that I have owned and it is even better and more powerful than the first. I still use a gas chain saw out in the woods on my property but I usually do just enough cutting with it to get the logs on a trailer so I can take them bach to my shed to cut them up and save the sawdust for on my garden and flower beds as mulch. This electric is lighter and more powerful than my gas saw and makes short work of even 14" well-seasoned oak and poppel logs with a minimum of effort. I highly recommend this sae for anyone who has an electric outlet close enough to their cutting station. Safe and easy to use saw

The McCulloch3516F chainsaw puts an end to my problem of gas engines that don't start when I really need them to. I have been cutting out maple branches this summer from trees with verticillium wilt - branches up to 8 inches are no problem at all.This saw has an impressive safety feature: a chain brake that stops the saw instantly as soon as the trigger is released or the safety guard is pushed forward. I mean instantly: there is a loud clunk as the brake engages and the chain stops dead. This takes some getting used to, as the brake engages if you wiggle your finger while running the chainsaw, causing the chain to start and stop. There is no concept of "revving" the chain. It also means there is no "idle" speed for the chain. It is on or off. And that is safe.You can also consider it a safety feature that the chain has fewer cutting teeth than my gas powered saw chains. I don't know the relative operating RPMs - if they are about the same, this saw seems to cut a little slower, and fewer teeth would do that. This makes the saw less aggressive and less likely to pull out of your control. I like that. As I say, the cutting ability is well in excess of the 8" branches I've been dealing with.The oil fill is conveniently located so that you don't have to tip the saw to fill it, although a small funnel is helpful.Overall, I am very happy with this chainsaw.
