Santa Scored BIG with this toy!

He could not wait to get outside and ride it! In fact, my 9 yr old asked what the weight limit was and promptly hopped on the scale to see if he exceeded the 75 lb limit. Weighing in at exactly 75 lbs, we let him ride it too. Despite the frigid New England air and ice glazed snow on the ground, the boys bundled up and had a fantastic time! Santa is definitely getting "his" money's worth!

The greatest Christmas gift of 2007

WOW! This was the best present for 2007. Like others have said, it takes up some room. We have ours on a sidewalk that is on a down slope so the kids probably roll about 30 yards total and they go into our neighbors yard. All three of my kids love it. My youngest son is 1 1/2 and he can do it but he needs a shove to start. My 3 and 8 year old both fight for a turn so we had to have a discussion about sharing.Assembly: This is the only maddening part of the thing. The instructions look like a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy. It would have been easier if it was in color as well. I consider myself pretty handy, but it took me almost two hours to assemble. Not all the holes lined up so I had to drill out a hole to make up for one. This is pretty disconcerting, and I don't think most people would like to do it. Otherwise it is not too bad. Step 2 would do a lot better if they improved their quality control. Is it too much to ask for a pilot hole for a screw? Finally, read very carefully in the instructions for the use of the different size screws. There is a little picture to hold the screw against to see if you have the right ones except for the one step that uses the longer size screws. For that step you need to read the sloppy microprint to see that you need a 3 1/8" screw instead of the more common 2 5/8" screw.The end product is very sturdy and robust. All the kids have been crawling over it. It can hold an adult.(tested and verified)Safety: It is pretty safe. No one has falled off yet. The car is in little tracks so it cannot go off sideways. The only danger would be if someone is in the way when you go down. The car would take someone out so we made a big deal out of it with the kids. So far so good.I would highly recommend this toy. It is a hit, but be prepared for a little frustration putting it together.

A must have! Well worth the price!

We ordered this toy and it has been a hit ever since! It takes up a decent amount of room, but it is worth the space. The kids are getting exercise every time they have to push the car back to the top of the slide. My two children (6 1/2 and 4) love, love, love it as do the kids on the block. It holds up to 75 pounds so I know we will get a ton of use out of it!We ordered ours from Linens N Things and got to use a 20% off coupon! Well worth it.I wish I could ride it!

Excellent useful device

Add any SATA drive to this device and enjoy the best, fastest, and certainly most quiet solution to shared storage available anywhere.If you have a small office or home network, simply plug this in and set it up via the web page interface.The the TS109's case is its heatsink, so there are no fans - essentially soundless.The front usb connector and button automatically backup your usb storage device to a directory. The rear usb connector is for sharing a usb attached printer.The system software also provides a torrent client so you can pull in content without tieing up a pc. If you know what torrents are, you'll be thrilled with this feature.The iTunes server included is great if you have multiple iPod users in your house...I've tried several others, including a homebrew linux box, and nothing was as fast, easy to manage, and quiet as this Qnap product.Note: the 109 product is *not* a raid device, but it does support an external sata connector for a slave drive.

An Awesome NAS and DLNA Media Server, Perfect PS3 companion

This is an excellent NAS device and DLNA Media Server. I previously had the (Buffalo Live 300GB NAS) the harddrive was terribly noisy, and the DLNA server never works right either keeps accessing the hard disk, or dies after a couple of hour, also it's web user interface was extremely slow and horrible.So far the QNAP I got is amazing, whisper quite, no fan, more responsive and faster on it's read time, and best of all my PS3 (PlayStation 3) works flawlessly with the embeded DLNA Twonky server in the QNAP 109, it's the best DLNA server on the market. The admin interface is very intuitive and very responsive, I tried so far the file server, ftp server, web server and the DLNA server and don't have any issues... I wish I had it a long time ago.... The device is simply a fully fledged Linus server with a pretty fast processor and memory.This is a must have for PS3 fans who'd like to have access to their photos, videos and music through DLNA. So far to QNAP, Job Well Done..

Wonderful and Easy to Use!

My 4 1/2 yr old has this and it is the best ever! We debated over the larger step 2 art desk, but this is perfect (and cheaper to boot). It is not too big, very durable plastic. There are no hinges to break..the easel has plastic knobs that rotate in a groove. Only a few screws for assembly. The dry erase board only requires a tissue for erasing, and is MAGNETIC! Lots of storage space and a place for books in back. The easel tilts downward when flat, but there are grooves for the pens/markers to sit in so they don't roll (i think it tilts for ease of the child to see their work). I definitely recommend for anyone! And my 4 yr old will be able to use for quite some time. The stool is sturdy as well.

Step 2 easel desk

My two year old son loves this product. It's a little big for him to use as a desk right now so he uses the easel. Overall I'm also very happy with the product but have two complaints.Although the instructions are very easy to read I was bothered by the fact that the instructions left out where the long and short screws go. I'm not saying it wasn't a breeze to put together but I had to remove the four long screws from the top of the desk when I realised they should have been used for the legs.I also think the clip that holds the paper onto the whiteboard could be a little stronger. I don't know if it's just the one I have and it won't be a problem when my son is older. But right now he's a very energetic artist and he tends to pull the paper out of the clip when he's drawing.Other than that my son absolutely loves it and I think it will be great for him for a very long time.

I disagree with the age range for this

Don't get me wrong - it is adorable, sturdy, and even I didn't have much of a problem putting it together.The problem is that it really is for more of the 4+ age range. At the age of 2 my daughter was scared to sit on the stool because she would tip it over or slide off. And at least 3 small children have been smacked over the head by the 'flip table'.My biggest issue with the age range is the storage. It is great, there is a LOT of storage, and I can't wait to use it. But if you have little kids (again, under 4ish) there is no way you can leave stuff in this desk. Markers? Scissors? Pens? All 2 feet off the ground for little hands to get whenever? No way. =DJust something I thought people may want to keep in mind when looking at little desks!

Delicate & lovely scent!

This fragrance is my annual splurge. It really does last all day, and it combines the scents of green almond & tuberose. Although tuberose on it's own can be overpowering in some fragrances, that is not the case in this one. The sweetness of the almond scent perfectly blends with the floral to create an intoxicating fragrance that I always get complimented on. The unique aroma is definitely worth the expensive pricetag & it's fitting for all seasons...unlike the Serge Luten's Bois de Vanille, which I typically wear in fall and winter. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Great Pickup!

I tried several soundhole pickups before I tried this one but, once I did it didn't take but about 10 min. to realize that this was the one. For a soundhole pickup under $100 Dimarzio hit a homerun with this one. I am using this with a 12 string guitar and, the sound is Superb! The Fishman Loudbox Artist amp that I have pretty much speaks for itself with any acoustic electric instrument but, this pickup sounds,looks and performs Great! The volume control is a nice feature and, the adjustable ploe pieces may come in handy, so far I haven't had to make any adjustments to these to get a balanced sound. The pickup is quiet and ,produces a fairly strong signal to the amp, no preamp needed, this could be because of the amp also. I am a true believer in using an acoustic amp for acoustic electric instruments. I have been musician for over 40yrs. and, I'm just now getting into the acoustic elctric scene and, I Love it. You can use a regular electric combo amp for an acoustic electric but, plug into an acoustic amp and, you'll understand why. I tried it and, it made a believer out of me. The cable that comes with this pickup is a very light cable I was a bit concerned that it may be too light but, it hangs out of the way nicely and, if you so desire it is very easy to feed it back and, tuck it between the strap and guitar, I always do this with all of my solid body electrics it keeps the cable out of the way and also acts as a strain relief just in case the cable would get pulled or stepped on. I had read one review from someone that they didn't like where the volume control was located because they would move it while strumming, so far I have not had that problem, could be because I am not an agressive strummer or picker, at any rate I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a Great soundhole pickup.

very cushy but not perfect

I really loved this playmat.... it is much thicker and more plush than any other I have felt. Each of the little animals on the mat has a sensory feature (one squeaks, the rabbit has a crinkly ear, there is a wooden ring attached to one, and there is a mirror on one). It is SO soft and feels really nice and like great quality.Unfortunately, here are the cons:-The arches that go over top are held up by tucking the large flower-shaped end pieces into the flaps on the corner of the mat. It works once you've got all 4 corners tucked in, but as soon as you pick it up to move it (even just a couple of feet) inevitably at least 1 of the flower-shaped end pieces pops out of the corner flap it was tucked into, requiring you to set it up again. Not a huge deal, just a minor annoyance.-My major complaint is that the yellow arch on mine broke today :*(..... it is completely snapped inside so it arches 2/3 of the way and then just flops down all broken-like. My 3 year old daughter somehow managed to completely snap whatever material it is inside of the soft yellow velour fabric that covers the piece. Before she broke it it was often somewhat askew, hard to keep the yellow & green arches perfectly rounded and connected in the middle the way they are supposed to be- there's just a little strip of fabric with a square of velcro on one of the arches so you can wrap it around the other one to connect the two- not ideal.In all, it'll be a great tummy time mat but the arches and dangling toys will not be usable for my baby. She is only a month old, so she never got to enjoy playing with the stuff that hangs from the arches before the piece broke. Bummer. If this weren't such an expensive item it wouldn't be a big deal- but this is not cheap and supposed to be high quality, so I'm pretty disappointed that mine is broken.

Loved it so much bought the second one!

Bought this one for our first grand baby, after buying the last one for our grand nephew. Love how soft it is and the bright colors. It is machine washable, and the little hanging thingys come off for baby to play with like little rattles. All folds up into a handy plastic carry case, easy to bring to Granpa's house. Durable enough to last for the next baby!

Stand Up And Be Proud!

This is the best equipment stand I've ever used! It is very sturdy and adjusts to all kinds of hardware. MPC's, mixers, digital recorders, etc. It can be moved anywhere in the studio. Easy to assemble and looks really professional. If you want more room on your studio desk, this bad boy will help you clear out! I also like the way you can tilt your equipment or keep it flat. Excellent studio stand!

Good enough

I'll second the other reviewer, wishing that there was some side access. It was also a bit too big to hold my 13" macbook. Not so good for laptop use, then.But it is a solid stand to hold my AKAI APC40 Midi Controller. Fitting it to the mixer is easy, and it holds the device solidly. Being able to position my mixing and control surface to ergonomically complement the rest of my studio equipment (no longer fighting with the computer keyboard/mouse for desk space) is the reason to get this stand.

Outstanding toddler climber!

We bought this for our turning 2yr old, and he is a BIG kid. This is the perfect size climber for the toddler crowd, probably 1 1/2 to 4yrs if I gave my opinion. Its a fabulous size for indoor use (we put it in my son's room). The colors are great too! Not bright, so it will blend in a little with the home decorating maybe. The colors are a little darker than pictured (a richer red, darker tan/ brown arch, and the platform is darker green). My son loves this thing, and is all over it....quite acrobatic. Its great for motor development, and problem solving, and if you have a sensory seeking/ hyper child like mine..........this more than serves its purpose. We are very pleased with this simple climber.......we love it and would recommend it to anyone!

A solid toy for hours of fun

Our foster kids had hours and hours of fun on this climber. We set it up inside in the winter. It gave them a great outlet for their boundless energy. The climber is very sturdy and strong. One thing to keep in mind, though, if you assemble it in the house, is that it is held together with two plastic pins that in no way are designed to come out. And that makes it difficult to impossible to move between rooms.

I purchased this for my granddaughter's first birthday. She absolutely loves it, as does her 4 1/2 year old sister. We added cushions to the back so she could climb to the platform. A single step on the back would be helpful to a child of this age. The slide is gentle and she is able to manage it well.

I purchased this case last week as i'm in the process of building a new PC. From the information here on the site I was very pleased but when I opened up the box I was overjoyed. Here's my rundown-Features-* 5 bays for disc drives/fan controllers/bay mount fans* 4 bays for Hard drives* All bays are screw-less and instead you slide the drive in place and then flip the latch and it locks it into place.* All card slots are screw-less as well with the latch and lock design* The front drive door is a smoky acrylic allowing you a view of any displays you may have mounted. (picture may confuse but this does not come with any display)* The front drive door is held closed via two very small magnets, strong enough to hold the door closed and will not disrupt or damage your system.* The access panel is held in place via two thumb-screws (what appears to be a latch on the access panel is actually just a grip and nothing more).* Comes with two 120mm fans, one on the access panel and the other mounted on the back. It also gives you the option to mount a third inside the case at the front to get airflow through the front vents. You have to take out the extra HD mount (temporarily) to do so but it shows you how in the manual.Pros - Price is perfect. The case is perfectly designed and strong. If you compare some of the other cases out there at this price point you will find the frame is flimsy and weak while this one is extremely sturdy though I would hope you wouldn't be doing anything that would test this.Cons - None. I'm sure you could complain there is no power supply but why, this case is beautifully priced and besides if one was offered it wouldn't be that great. I'd end up upgrading anyhow.This is one heck of a case and I would strongly suggest it for any pc builder and/or gamer. Just buy it, you know you want to.

Great Purchase

I really like this case and am very happy with it. The only thing I wish is that their was something that could turn the led lights in the side fan off without either hibernating or turning off the computer. Aside from that minor issue I haven't had any problems with the case. My motherboard fit perfectly inside and installing all my other hardware was a breeze too.

Nice Case, NZXT....

This is a very nice case at $69.99, but the price went up to $99.99 very shortly after I bought it....not worth that. It does have tool-less bays and HDD slots. It takes an ATX board and a GeForce 9600 GT 512 MB video card with no problem. There are three 120mm fan positions - front, back, and side - and two fans provided. I added a slot fan to help cool the video card. Only downside for me was the front bezel opens from left to right. and I sit on the right side of the computer. One problem (not NZXT's fault)....the plastic was broken in the "window" but it was glueable. Nice case for $70-$80.

fits everything for the gym!

This bag is very well made! My last 2 'inexpensive' gym bags died prematurely. I am very happy to find this bag is solid, fashionable AND functional. There's 3 good sized pockets (the side pocket with magnets easily holds a pair of flip-flops, with room for my wet swimsuit too. The big pocket holds a change of clothes AND shoes! The back pocket has room for plenty of toiletries! With all this stuff in the bag, it still doesn't feel like a stuffed bag.The plus with this bag, are the handles. When I am squished in the train, the cross-strap is great to convert the bag into a comfortable messenger-type bag. For walking into the gym I am happy to use the shoulder straps that are nicely sized & with a full gym bag the straps don't dig into my shoulder or become super-heavy. The design/shape of this bag helps make it less of a duffle feel, and a bag that is more easily mobile!Although, the price-point is higher than similar bags, the zippers, pulls and reinforced edges speak of a quality made product. Considering I spent $30 on my last bag that died after a month; if I get 3 months out of this bag I figure I come out ahead!!
