It's in the experience. This mattress is the second one ordered; the first was the 12" queen size. My experience has only been positive: from ordering and shipping confirmations to receiving the mattress way before it was expected, and in perfect condition. Yes there's a chemical smell and it lasts for about 2 weeks, but it's such an insignificant opportunity cost for the relaxation while you sleep and how you feel the next day. I bought this mattress for my 12 year old and he now has a great attitude when he wakes up. I'll probably order one more for the 14 year old.

I haven't received the product yet, but wanted to comment on the awesome Customer Servive for this Company. I made a mistake on the origional order and Amazon would not allow me to make any corrections, just hours after placing the order. I contacted the seller via phone and left a message asking them to call me. The Rep called me immediately the next morning and allowed me to make the correction and called later to inform me that all was fine and that the product would be shipped that same day. This is the kind of customer service all sellers should offer. I highly recommend this Company to all and will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Dynasty Mattress.

got this for my 22 yr old,250 lb son. Came vacuum packed, opened up and smell went away in a few hours. Its the most comfortable mattress any of us has ever had. Hard to get up once you lay on it!!! This is the clear skinny for students. Good thickness, not too warm, great quality for the money. I will be getting another for my other son.Thanks for a great product.Shipping was fast too.
