My husband is confined to a wheelchair from a stroke 10 years ago, and we wasted literally hundreds of dollars on various cushions. Then, about three years ago, we purchased Elasto-Gel, and he has not had a skin breakdown issue since. Recently, we purchased new cushions: 1 to replace his wheelchair cushion, and another to fit his new Lift chair. Thanks to the price break on Amazon, we were able to afford two. The price for two was less than what one would have cost at the Medical Equipment supplier.
