MAGELLAN VI PASSIVE BASS MODULE The MAGELLAN VI su is perhaps the most neutral subwoofer available. Its driver uses an extremely stiff low mass single piece convex aluminum cone. The tuning for this model results in unprecedented performance with speed and warmth combined in a package guaranteed to pass the WAF many times over. The Magellan VI su will integrate well at crossover points as high as 200Hz with no signature. Low vibration is inherent to the design and allows flexible placement even amongst your existing components in the rack. You can use the MAGELLAN VI su singly or in pairs powered by our TBI 200 su or you can use your favorite high quality subwoofer amplifier or amplifier/crossover combination to customize your application.

This is an amazing sub. It's hard to believe the range and clarity for such a small enclosure. It blends with any kind of speakers but is suited to especially to electrostatics. It's not ideal for home theater - a little too polite but for music it's hard to find anything better because of the musicality. The pitch recognition is instant. For small to medium room, even some large rooms, this sub will give the deep and tuneful bass that is ideal for acoustic and electronic music.
