Nicely manufactured, easy to change and set up. I was considering another brand, however I'm very happy to have the third ball option that the other didn't have. I was concerned with theft,but it would be very hard if not impossible to take this, clever engineering on this unit solves that. Over all extremely happy quick delivery Great experience !

This is a great product. It fit my F-150 perfectly. Before ordering I read the other reviews and figured I would need two of the rubber buffers, which I did. The "stow" feature is a great thing, taking the hitch out of the way when not in use so my kids don't run into it (or me). The moving parts are very smooth, and all pieces fit together and wokr precisely. All round good product.

Great product and good price! The Tow and Stow is the most heavy duty tow hitch I've owned and its convenience of being able to stow away the ball hitch is awesome. Only concern is that the description for this item can be a little deceiving and this is in reference to the drop and rise of the ball hitch. In the description it says it from the top of the hitch to the bottom of the ball but most folks, when purchasing a trailer hitch, need to know the drop length from the top of the hitch to where the ball sits but in this case they have the measurements incorrect. This is very important to the buyer to give accurate info to make sure you're getting the right length needed. All in all, this is still a good product just be sure to look at the model# before buying one. You can find the actual drop length and model#'s on the B&W website.
