I have had Pampered Chef stoneware for a long time. Well, I accidentally broke my 9", and decided to try this one. I love that I can put it in the dishwasher and seems to clean up so much better than my PC one did.

I am a huge fan of Le Creuset, and this piece is a wonderful price for such a terrific piece. It is a good size and the color is true to the pictures. highly recommend! I can always be sure that Le Creuset will live up to its standards,and Amazon has terrific customer service.You can bake, serve, and store all in one dish! The premium stoneware construction of this square casserole offers superior performance and even heating. This is a 3-qt square casserole and lid, with high quality exterior enamel , which protects against metal marks and other damage. This is a hard finish, safe for cutting on with knives. I bought this item because it is advertised as oven-safe up to 500 degrees. My first use of it was in a 475-degree oven. Twenty-minutes passed, and then -- Crack!
