The components are high quality and I'm very happy overall with this setup. I will complain that the mounting plate on the pole was welded on upside down, which made it much more difficult to install. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check that out until the base was already set in concrete, so there wasn't a whole lot I could do about it as you can't just pull out 4'x2' of concrete and send the whole thing back. Thanks to a couple of strong backs, we were able to get it set up still however and have been having a party ever since. Would highly recommend this system, but as soon as you get it, check to plates on both the base (that goes into the concrete) and the opposing mounting plate (the base of the pole) and make sure they are the right direction to start with.
