I was very pleased with this product. In the past I have installed receivers on a couple of vehicles. This was the easiest one by far. 4 bolts/washers, 20 minutes, and it was installed. Granted I own a torque wrench (they can be rented from you local auto parts store). The only extra thing I had to do was, disconnect the muffler hanger, so the muffler could be moved to the side a couple of inches (reconnected after bolts were torqued). Living in AZ it was nice that it installed quickly, it was 115 F when installed.
