This hitch is heavy duty and very well made. I purchased a Curt for my Sport Trac but this one is much better and unlike the Curt, one piece construction. I'm giving it four stars because it didn't come with a box cover as advertised, but more importantly the directions were lacking some crucial information on which order to bolt it in. On a Trooper, you must start with the side frame bolts, then the far passenger side, then so on. Also for fyi, a hole must be drilled out bigger in the frame. Other than that, this is a great product and Amazon is amazing to do business with.
