After using B&D, Skil, & Craftsman jigsaws for all my remodelling and furniture (primarily oak and cherry Queen Anne designs), I finally bought this baby, and WOWWIE! it's like a fine surgeon's scalpel compared to a toy hatchet! Unbelievable what control you have with this saw--your blade runs true and doesn't warp or go offtrack. Wish they would add a laser guidance light to it.

I love this jigsaw! This products performs like the best commercial-duty saw on the market. I highly recommend it as I do all other Dewalt power tools!

light, handles well......NO CORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do i have to say more.........how many times have i almost cut my cord.........i've nicked it several times............i hated having to get out an extension cord, plug it in and avoid cutting the cord that drapes close by...........Now is pick up the tool start cutting.......great construction.....
