The product arrived a day earlier than the amazon estimate (Free 2 day shipping with Amazon Prime), and I have to say this is money well spent. The queen short mattress was placed in my RV and it is a far superior product than the original 3" mattress that was included.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quality memory foam mattress for a good price. The mattress (89lbs) will be shipped vacuumed sealed in a roll. Once you cut open the two plastic shipping layers, the mattress will expand in 20 mins or so, to its full 12" height. After that, put the sheets on and have a great night sleep. There will be a slight smell as others have said but it only lasted 30 mins with my mattress (nothing extreme either just a new product smell).

There was a glitch in my order, and this company went over and above to deliver excellent service. We are first time RV owners and love the new mattress. The RV came with a three inch factory mattress which was very uncomfortable for more than one night. The new memory mattress is very comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. This mattress is comparable to the expensive mattress in our bedroom, and has made our road trips a lot more enjoyable, not to mention our backs. We highly recommend it.

Purchased this mattress to replace RV standard mattress. Have Tempur-Pedic at home and this is comparable. Product is exactly as described and easy to "deploy". Only took about 30 minutes to fully expand. Does have a bit of odor, but so did our Tempur-Pedic. Have only slept on it for four nights, but already know it was a very good purchase and the price was right!
