Looks great and work great with our full line of hitch accessories (sold separately), including our exclusive InterLock hitch ball and ball mount "One Wrench Tightening System"! All of our hitches meet and exceed V-5, CSA and SAE J684 standards and are inspected for quality and workmanship! Designed for a perfect fit and a great look, with many no drill applications for quick and easy DIY installation. The METALSHIELD protective coating process is a three step finish consisting of a rust inhibiting primer, dipped E-coat electrostatic coating to insure total finish coverage and finally an outer powder coat finish for durability. The METALSHIELD process is an OEM compatible finish providing the best corrosion protection over brands that use only powder coat on their products. Exact fit for Safari Van

This hitch unit comes in three main pieces. The two side pieces replace the factory rear bumper brackets. The middle section houses the 2" square tube used to attach a trailer ball. i would offer a few suggestions for easier assembly.1. Assemble and tighten the three sections on the ground per the instructions. The six bolts (3 on each side) that hold each side to the center section have splines. You will need a rather large ratchet or air power to pull the splines into place since the brackets themselves have not been threaded for the splines.2. After pressing in the splines, remove the nuts and again separate the three sections.3. Remove the factory bumper brackets.4. Loosely place each side bracket in place where you removed the factory bumper brackets. This proved challenging because the holes were about 3/16" out of alignment on the side brackets.5. Reattach the center bar to the side brackets loosely.6. Begin to tighten all the bolts.Using this method means you don't have to try to hold up the entire assembly while simultaneously trying to tighten bolts. It took about ninety minutes to totally remove the old bumper brackets and install the new hitch system.NOTE: You will find the wires for your electrical wiring inside the rear passenger light area where the factory jack is located. Simply run the wire down through the hole under the rear passenger light. You will need the Green, Yellow, Brown, and White wires. The wiring took longer to route than the entire assembly.
