I've had this dryer a couple of months. This dryer is powerful! It dries hair quickly, with a smooth finish. It has solid construction and the nozzle doesn't get too hot like many other dryers.I feel like a bad-ass when I'm using it!I don't really notice the ceramic/ionic effect so much, but could be I have not used a dryer that wasn't ceramic/ionic in a long time.The only negatives I can say are: I was disappointed that it didn't come with a diffuser and it is a little heavy.I would buy this dryer again.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. The hair dryer didn't work when we opened the box. I tried to return it for replacement or repair and was told the 15 day return policy had passed. To quote shearup.com:"Thank you so much for informing us that your item is defective. We truly appreciate your business.You are currently outside of the return policy window.Please note that all returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of the delivery date in order to be accepted for a return/exchange."
