The Staub dutch oven is beautiful but more importantly is great to cook in. Heat is evenly distributed so that I am able to walk away and not worry about burning the bottom. I highly recommend it as it is more economical than LeCrueset and reviews better than celebrity chef products.

Beautifully crafted and substantial. It conducts heat evenly and results in perfect braises every time I use it. We've had succulent slow cooked lamb, pork and chicken, melted in rich and flavorful sauces. And the glaze is has depth and a beautiful finish. I keep it out in my kitchen. It is pretty enough to serve from and keeps the food warm.
