The METALSHIELD protective coating process is a three step finish consisting of a rust inhibiting primer, dipped E-coat electrostatic coating to insure total finish coverage and finally an outer powder coat finish for durability. The METALSHIELD process is an OEM compatible finish providing the best corrosion protection over brands that use only powder coat on their products. This thing is awesome best hitch out there you won't find another as nice especially for this price you can tow anything with this and it comes with the braces

I have used hitches over the years to pull trailers and bicycles, etc. The Reese hitch receiver is by far the sharpest looking hitch and the strongest I have purchased. I put this on my Mercedes ML430 and get complements all the time. It would be hard to find a better looking hitch receiver at a better price.
