When Amazon told me that my filing cabinet had been delivered and there wasn't a giant box on my doorstep, I became nervous. Would this third party seller be a total jerk about an $100 item gone MIA? Nope! They were extremely nice and sent out a replacement ASAP with no additional charges - I am so thankful!The product itself is decent. It's not as sturdy as your standard office-grade filing cabinets, but that's why it's only $100. Nonetheless, the walls of the filing cabinet were thinner than I expected. It's just me and my husband using it and we keep files in it that we access a couple of times a month. We have used it for three months and no complaints.
