Every bike I've got has this saddle on it. It's amazingly comfortable! Considering it looks like a plank that will goose you, it actually feels great on a long day of riding. Also, it's quite durable.

I have this saddle on my 29er hardtail and it's been great. Of course, saddle selection is an art and takes quite a bit of trial-and-error. I've found WTB saddles to always fit my sit bones well and this saddle is no exception. I ride >3000 miles/year on road and MTB bikes. I think I put 300 miles or so on this saddle and cannot complain at all. The long nose is good when I need to move forward on steep climbs. The width is just right to allow me to easily drop behind the saddle for steep descents as well as to allow enough leg movement to not cause chafing. The cushion is just perfect and doesn't cause hot spots for me either.
