I ordered one to just see how difficult it might be to install. Imagine my delight when just about two hours later I was out the door and on the road. This three speed hub is an excellent deal for the money. Quickly delivered and NO missing hardware. All you need to install it is an adjustable wrench. Instructions would have been nice, but you-tube videos will do the trick. I ordered the second unit within the week. It's sold by Nirve, but it's made by Shimano. Good quality merchandise.
