We started out on this tube locking it so it wouldnt spin to get the hang of it, it was a smooth ride and everyone liked it. Then we put the rope on just the swivel and it made it even better! You can't always spin when you want to, sometimes it depends on the wake and the turn but when it gets going it can really take you for a ride. This tube is also great for people in there 50's to 60's because it is very cushioned for your knees or rear if your seating. Read the instructions for good care and check your tube often for pressure and any shifting of the nozzel. Our first tube riped but they replaced it so we are very careful with this one.
