When I moved in with my boyfriend, I found that we had a major problem: way too much furniture for a small one bedroom apartment. And yet, oddly, neither of us seemed to own a coffee table. How strange. Unfortunately, with the place already busting at the seams with couches and bookshelves, I didn't want our small space to seem any smaller because of a large coffee table sitting smack in the middle of the living room. Furthermore, I've noticed that coffee tables are never good for when you have guests, because they are never within easy reach of all the side chairs, so only the people on the couch can snack with ease. The solution to this horrible problem? The Portable Wooden Folding Bench Set. And how do I love them? Let me count the ways:1. They can fold away and lock together, making them easy to store if I need the living room space to exercise or vacuum, or if I just can't stand the clutter that day.2. They are surprisingly sturdy. After all, they are meant to be benches, which means people can actually sit on them. I was a bit worried about the narrowness, but they've only tipped over once when my boyfriend's 7 year old nephew kicked one over.3. They are large enough to hold remotes, plates of food, and even a couple of reclining feet, but are small enough to leave plenty of open floor space.4. You get two together in one package.
