This large size Staub braiser is super functional. I worried a little about its clean-up properties after reading other reviews but I find this pot completely easy to clean. Like all Staub products it has an easy care surface and produces superior cooking results due to it's well thought out design. This braiser is a dream!

Well, this is just about the most ideal pan a serious cook could ask for. Heavy, very high quality finish, even cooking and perfect for braising. Just perfect. I'm in love.
