Wonder how you got by without it
By Andy
Great knife, the offset design looks a little goofy in pictures but once you use it you'll never go back.I purchased this as part of a set I pieced together to replace the ragtag bunch of stamped disgraces I had been using for years. If you're considering Wusthof, Henckels, or any other German style knives you owe it to yourself to give Lamsonsharp products a close look. They are made of the same steel, tempered to the same hardness, and are priced about the same as their competitors but with their wooden handles simply make the others feel cheap; not to mention they're made in the good ol' USA.

A cut above
By Steven Matthias
This is a very serious knife. Other serrated knives I have owned have been flimsy, stamped metal. This is a real carbon steel blade. It is a joy to use.
