This is undoubtedly one the best if not the best knife I own, and I own a lot of several high quality knives. Many of the aforementioned knives were much more expensive than this particular blade, yet I find this one to be the most useful for all my hunting/camping type needs. This knife is a bit small to be an effective combat knife but that's what the SEAL team 2000 is for. I find the standard nylon sheath it comes useful for my needs, but as several other people have pointed out the kydex sheath is more mountable and the knife is easier accessed. Overall the blade itself came very sharp and has stayed that way for quite awhile. In three months I haven't had to sharpen it once. If you are looking for a good dependable knife to have with you for outdoor work then you can't go wrong with the SEAL pup elite, especially for the price.

While there is no "perfect" knife, this is clearly one of the best knives you can get for your money. The knife feels great in your hand, and performs superbly, taking quite a bit of abuse while maintaining its edge. The ~5-inch blade is perfectly sized for most tasks. This knife is a must-have for surviving the Barackalypse!

Excellent, well made knife - perfect balance, great grip and handle design. The nylon sheath it ships with is excellent - have no idea why you would want the others on offer unless you're looking for a way to draw the knife quickly for tactical use - highly unlikely. The tiger stripes are just for fun (though would stop any glint well enough). Also shipped on time with no problems. Highly recommended.
