The Complete Intex 2,500 gallon per hour Krystal Clear Wet Set Model 633 filter pump with hoses, valves, strainers, and clamps fits all large pools from Intex that use threaded hose fittings, including pools such as Wet Set, Easy Set, Frame Set, Ultra Frame Set, and oval ellipse pools, as well as 18-foot and larger Sand N Sun pools manufactured by Intex. Amazon gives me a toy rating system for this pool pump - but it is everything but!! A terrific pump that I bought as a replacement for an 18 x 4 foot pool - as I was looking for a pump that I could really "vacuum" with. This filter was the ticket. It has ample power and suction to perform my task without a problem. The larger filter is wonderful in that now I no longer have to do the filter cleaning every other day but can go 1-2 weeks!! No more surface skimming either! I simply turn the pump on for 10 minutes before we get in and the skimmer basket combined with this pump does it for me!! In summary - I now love my pool a whole lot more!!

I purchased this unit to replace the smaller weak stock filter pump that came with my 18x48 easy set pool. This unit is VERY strong! It even cleaned up the debris off the bottom without even vacuuming the pool! I highly recommend this pump to anyone tired of messing with the under powered pumps that come with the easy set pools. Caution should be used around children however, as this pump could cause a suction hazard.

great pump but, seems like some of the vendors *cough* CMS *cough* like to take the plunger valves out of the box so they can sell them on the side and make more $$. so after paying their outrageous s&h fees and then having to order seperate plungers you may be better served getting the pump and adaptors directly from intex if you're going to use this on a smaller pool. CMS customer service is really poor as well as they will not comment on their plunger heist.OH and i forgot i believe CMS is selling refurbs hence the MUCH lower price (without shipping) and the fact that my pump leaked at the top. SO after i ordered a replacement top and gasket from intex it works fine. how else could CMS sell the pump for so much less than the other vendors? once again they will not respond to my refurb questions i have presented to them.great pump though but, in order to get it to seal and pump well without the adaptors sliding off the pool's inlets/oulets and sucking air you need the plunger valves. you can buy them here from vendors but, again after S&H fees for the pump and having to buy the valves plus S&H you're really not saving a lot if anything at all vs. buying direct from intex. not to mention the cost to replace the fautly top from CMS selling refurbs.for the record i have tried contacting CMS repeatedly by phone AND email regarding the plunger and refurb issues and they will not respond. when you look at the list of vendors selling this pump CMS states "brand new in original packaging" which is misleading. now look at the other vendors who state "brand new with all valves, plungers, etc." you're better off taking that route as in the end you will pay more if you buy via CMS.
