This is the best phone I have ever owned.First off I got into the craze with touchscreen phones and owned a LG Prada but reception kept cutting off and at times the touchscreen would go balistic entering numbers and letters I was not dialing. Then I got into the blackberry craze and owned a blackberry pearl which after reading many reviews, I found to be the worst blackberry model EVER! It stalls and cuts off calls when that crazy little hourglass appears 5 times a day causing me to take out the battery, and reset everything again and again.So I decided to get back to basics and buy this phone. My younger brother owned one for years and he is loyal to it so I decided to give it a try. This is the simplest phone to work, it's got all the bells and whistles of online capability if you want it, the camera is great and the RECEPTION IS PERFECT! I have not had a dropped call.It's slim, lightweight, durable and DEPENDABLE. I'm finished with getting the LATEST craze, especially if it ends up making me crazy. Now I understand my brother's loyalty - Sometimes a phone that works is better than the latest one that doesn't.
