The product may not be of the same quality as the $2500 and up models. But it looks great and works fine as long as you don't use the higher fan speeds. I had an issue with the cage fan getting banged around in shipping which binded it up. The manufacture sent an whole new fan assembly, however I went ahead and bent the fan back and it worked fine. I now have a spare motor. It takes two to install this unit and be careful with the stainless steel, it will scratch. Also the letters on both side of the display that say cavilaire can come off. I bought this unit for a third of the price of a Bosch so I'm quite happy with it.

But be careful of the ceiling height. Ours is pretty high so the range is far from the countertop. It's painful to purchase the longer chimney from Euro Kichen in CA, slow and hard to reach a live person.
