We have a living room that is 22' x 18'. A 42" even 52" ceiling fan would have looked stupid and tiny like the 52" I put in the master bedroom. After looking for more than a year I finally found an attractive 72" (yes 6 feet) fan with the options I liked. A convenient remote can turn on and off, change the 3 speeds and even change the forward and reverse direction. No buzzing or vibrating because it comes with rubber cushion mounts! All fans should come with those! Before it was a large stagnant room, now there is air movement and my energy costs went down because the thermostat now gets an accurate reading. The warm air is pushed down in the winter by reversing the fan and the cool air is pushed up off the floor when in forward. LOVE IT!!! GREAT FAN!!!
