My husband and I have our share of aches and pains from work and other injuries. We have gone through enough beds, innerspring and foam that I have lost count. Let's not forget the toppers either. The last bed I tried was $1600 for an eco foam mattress, proving money is not a factor. It got a crator in less than a year. I am not obese.In desperation I spent over two days surfing the net as well as reading interviews here. I went and tried several of the $$$ stores, always ending up on the $$$$ Rhapsody. Then I heard about Dynasty mattresses through the Memory Foam Maniac's site. I was leary but the reviews were all so good here on Amazon I figured $369 was better than making another $$$ mistake. 1st, for those people who said their beds arrived without warranty info: I looked up Dynasty's contact info. Forget the phone, they are too busy. I e-maile, asked for a copy of the warranty and had it back in an attachment within 20 minutes. Then I e-mailed to ask what the difference in specs was between the three 12 inch beds. Found the specs for that too. Went to Amazon and ordered the twin xlong luxury model which was closest to the Tempurpedic Rhapsody.It is the softest of the three 12 inches but still supportive. Yes it stunk. NORMAL is to stink. If yours doesn't you have the exception. Or you bought an ECO friendly version which may deteriorate like my last one did. Took one person's advice and removed the outer cover to let more smell out. Left it in a room with fans and an air filter. Tried something new: I used a whole box of baking soda. Since the inner cover is more like cheesecloth the baking soda could be rubbed in through the cover. Could have used 2 but it worked.Put outer cover on leaving baking soda in there. Most smell gone. Aches and pains going away. It may be a tiny bit softer than the TP Rhapsody but soft and supportive even better. LOVE LOVE this mattress. If it lasts a year I have gotten my money's worth. Would not have had the courage if it were not for all the informative reviews on Amazon. THANK you from my back, my pocketbook and the part of me that is sleeping through the night now. Nexttest: longevity.

I am finally getting around to writing this review of his mattress. I purchased this mattress back in May for my husband. He didn't want a mattress as firm as the one I purchased for myself a couple of weeks before from this company. I like the mattress that I purchased for myself eventhough it is a litte firmer than I am use to having, which is fine since I was worried about the foam breaking down and I have had back surgery and need a mattress that is not too firm or too soft. I added a mattress topper and left my positive review for my memory foam mattress I purchased.Twin XL Deluxe Adjustable Bed 12" Memory Foam Mattress OnlyAs for my husband, he loves his mattress! I am glad I didn't get it for myself because I sit on the edge of the bed and on his I felt like I am sliding off the edge, that is not a issue with mine since it is firmer. It doesn't seem to bother him anyway. This mattress is soft and not as firm, but if you sit on the edge of your bed like me to put on your socks and shoes the edges are not that firm thats why I rated it 4 stars, but he loves it and I like how comfortable it is myself. The kids also like to crawl in and lay in his bed.This company has the most reasonable prices I have found anywhere and the product is of good quality! I originally paid over $3,000 for the two twin xl adjustable beds with mattresses and now to replace one mattress alone would cost me over $1,000 and I needed to replace both mattresses. So, I purchased this mattress and the other mattress from this company and I am happy with both of my purchases. You can't go wrong for the price.

I have purchased a pillow top from bed bath beyond. The 3 inch polyfill. I hope that this takes care of the firmness and adds that needed softness on top. good support. not great covering - especially the corner never really fill out for a nice square even look.UPDATE - I decided that the mattress is just too FIRM. Really FIRM, even my 240 lb husband thinks it is too firm. Also, the mattress "cups" up and does not lay flat on the foundation. There is a rocking feeling when you try to roll over. You can see it obviously just looking at it, but when you get onto it, the effect is worse. Feels really unstable. I am returning.
