If you have issues with not being regular, or you just can't seem to get enough fiber in your daily meals, I highly recommend adding benefiber caplets as an addition to your daily intake of fiber. It can really help.

This product was recommended to me by my doctor, so I tried it. It worked very well for me. Just a low dosage was all I needed. I particularly liked the caplets, because I could take them with my regular pills. But now I can't find them. Looks like Benefiber is only available now in powder form, but the caplets are not available at all. If the caplets came back I would definitely buy them.

Recommended by our doctor, this tablet does the job easily, and for us, in a lower than maximum dosage. Suggest you start with one or two a day.
