This is a Shimano Nexus 3 Speed hub, cable and an aluminum wheel at a great price. Install was easy and it worked great upon completion without a lot of tinkering. Very happy with looks, install and performance, great upgrade to my rat rod cruiser.Side note: I had to get a new chain as mine was a little short due to the larger hub gear on this hub.

this three speed hub and the accessories that come with it, along with a longer chain, turns a cheap beach cruiser into a cool bike.
