I really love this product. It is very fast and before you know it, your done. It is heavy and powerful, and did I mention fast? In my experience, when it arrived, it did have a crack on the side. I do think that the company could have secured and packed it better, but I chose to keep it since it worked so well and I could live with the crack. I am looking forward to using it at family get-togethers, children's parties and just whenever their friends come over for a fun treat.
