I go to college for Automotive Service Technology and our instructor showed us how this bad boy works. Let me tell ya, it's definitely something every technician should have. It has the rubber casing around the gauge itself so it doesn't break if you drop it, quick connect so the gauge doesn't fall off the adapter, and a good length hose so you can be in the vehicle holding the gauge in your hand. He showed us how to use the nutserts (nut inserts), and it's so quick and easy. A very efficient tool.

Used this with the o2 sensor adapter, and it worked just like it was supposed to. I didn't try any of the other connection methods, so I can't really offer any insight into their worthiness. A little too expensive for what you get, but I figured it was cheaper than paying someone else to do the same thing. Plus, now I have the unit for future use.
