The brown/gold combination really is stunning. This watch looks expensive, sporty, and casual, which is just what I was looking for. It would go well with everything but the most formal of dress. And as another review mentioned, the Stuhrling packaging is unreal! They really paid attention to detail with their packaging and, ridiculous as it is, it makes receiving one of their watches that much more special.

The face almost looks black (it's supposed to be brown) which is not the color combination I was looking for.

While this was a gift for the wife, I THINK she likes it. I can't get an honest answer because it was a gift. She has worn it. It keeps time. That's always good. It looks nice. BUT the box it came in was very impressive. Frankly after seeing the box, I was expecting more.
