I have been borrowing my co workers Litmans at work for the last 2 weeks. When this stethoscope came in and I began using it I realized it was just a good as the Litmans. I have no problems hearing the smallest detail just like the Litmans. This stethoscope to me is far better because it is considerably lighter and longer than the Litmans. The tubing feels thicker/heavier on the Litman but sounds are the same. For the money you cant beat this stethoscope. Don't worry about price order it you wont be sorry.
