The product works as advertised, and I like it. It's only problem is that the battery life is very very small, no more than about one hour.As such I've basically determined that I need to buy another set that use AA batteries, because that way I'll get several hours to a day out of the headsets as opposed to one hour.They are comfortable to wear and they do provide excellent functionality.Note that I even tried to use Energizer AAA lithium-ion batteries to get more than an hour worth of functionality out of this headset.

I picked these up from the local gunshop/shooting range and this was the last pair they had for sale, so I really didn't have much of a choice. Now that I have them and have used them for a couple of weeks, they are great. They reduce the shot noise quite a bit and you can hear people talking several lanes down with perfect clarity. I made the purchase knowing that I wanted a really great pair of ears that would work the best and protect my hearing. The only reason I would give these a 4 stars instead of 5 is because after wearing them for a while, they will definitely heat you up. I did find that you have to hold the on button for several seconds to turn them on/off, but once you learn that, it's very easy to figure these out. I also noticed that the orange safety covers or rather replacing the covers was a little tough. I prefer the orange for the whole safety reasons. I would definitely buy these again.
