We purchased the 5-bike rack and it is working out pretty well. It is challenging to get all the bikes on the rack only because of the way they make bike frames these days, but you can adjust the rack to hold the bike up in any different number of ways because of extra connecting straps and supports. The company sent the flag (which wasn't included in the original packaging)after we called their 800 number quickly and free of charge. The only problem with the rack is that when you travel on gravel or dirt roads, it bounces around quite a bit. Overall, it is a great product.

The 9200 is an inferior version of the 520. I ordered the $169 HR9200 first and was dissapointed with the amount of sway, the lack of ability to use a locking mechanism to affix it to the car and the lack of straps that come with it.I sent the 9200 back and am quite happy even though I had to eat the $25 return mail fee. It is definitely more heavy duty..I think it weighs 15-20 pounds more than the 9200. The anti-sway of the 9200 just didn't cut the mustard.

This is a great item for the bike enthusist. It fit right in a standard hitch and was very easy to use. It was able to hold 5 mountain bikes with ease the only problem was when one of the bikes is for a female you can still use with ease it just takes a little more time to secure.
