E-Flite EFLB32004S Battery

I've been flying a glow version of the Hanger 9 Alpha 40 ARF. I wanted to try an electric version so using spare parts and a new fuse I built one. I followed the manuals recommendations and purchased a power 15 out runner and (2) E-Flite EFLB32004S batteries and an E-Flite 60 AMP ESC. The power 15 turned out to be too light and would have required adding 7 oz. of weight to the nose so I replaced it with a power 46 from E-Flite. I only had to add 1/2 oz. to the tail to balance the plane. After acquiring the proper charging and transport paraphernalia I maidened the plane an have five flights on it. Each flight was a good 15 minutes and barely taxed the batteries at all. I expect to get 20 minute flights out of each charge once they are fully broken in. These batteries are larger then many of the newest 5S and 6S Lipos but they suit my needs perfectly in a 40 size trainer. I recommend them to anyone flying a similar sized and type air frame.

you can't go wrong with e-flite they make some of the best rc stuff . both of the batteries that I bought are very strong and provide good long flight times.
