A major back saver

These boards will easily allow a large amount of weight to skid across theboard from one location to another, such as from wheel chair to bed.It is best to have the board as level as possible. A disabled personneeds to have the disc slid under one side of their hips and their weightshifted onto the disc. After that, they can can be slid without a lot ofexertion. I am glad that I got the longer board to make sure it will span the distance between the transfer locations. My dad found the 40" BeasyTransfer Board in a thrift store for my mom and as he was buying it, my cousin came to shop in the store and exclaimed how great a help they were to her when she was caring for disabled people in a nursing home. He enjoyed his bargain even more, after hearing her testimonial.

Great product! I was not able to get into my car because of my disability. My illness progressed to the point where I could not step up or raise myself to get in the seat. I was trapped in my own house. Going through the illness of psoriatic arthritis is terrible. But after searching the internet I found the "Beasy Board". I was finally able to get into my car. It is a simple design but very clever. It will take some practice, but after a few uses it get easier. This product freed me from my home. This board is "pricy " but worth every penny!
