Great value!

Love this package, diapers baby from 6-30lbs for the price of other kits that only go to (or start at) 15lbs. It has everything you need to get started. I didn't really need much else except a few plastic "emergency" covers (for when all the other covers are dirty/wet/in wash) and a couple of snappis.

I bought these prefolds to set me for 'life' with cloth diapers. AT first I struggled with using them, but gradually learnt. I'd recommend finding a site and learning the different folds and what works best for you. It's like these new flip systems because you can just put in a new prefold when the old one is soiled.. (as long as the wraps are clean... or just wipe down)You do need to wash about 3 times in hot water to remove the natural wax coating on the cotton prefolds. Then you are set to go. (don't wash the bummis ones in hot.. when you do wash the bummis try to remember to fold the velcro in)What I love, is that after my child grew out of diapers, I am still using the prefolds.Prefolds have multiple uses after diapering:-pee messes-barf-spills-dusting-polishing- emergency night pad... the list is endless. They are usable long after baby has grown. They are very absorbant, wash well, and come clean pretty nicely. (the only time they didin't was when hubby thought he would wipe his incredibly dirty car with it.. and it was sort of stained)I'd recommend!

Small diaper covers too big!

The prefolds in this package are wonderful for my baby, but the small diaper covers are HUGE on her. She's 7lbs 6oz, and the wraps look like they're made for babies at least 9lbs. This is a good package to get for the price, but I'd recommend getting some newborn size covers with it if you have a smaller babe.
