Very capable, versatile, & useful phone. Just awesome!

I was on the fence about a year ago on whether I wanted the P3300 or the Eten X500. This phone has the slower processor but I'm so happy that I went with this phone. It just does everything and it's very reliable. I use if to carry large databases on my storage card, spanish translator & conjigator, I use excel files all the time, email, TomTom Nav 6 is awesome, WLS, Google maps, MP3 player, radio, ect. It just does so much stuff and it does it well without freezing up and rebooting. It's very stable. I've also flashed to custom ROM (that allows me to use 8GB micro SDHC cards) and it's still very stable with a boat-load of software. I can watch YouTube, edit MP3's to make ringtones, I have HTC Home screen with the weather working, Nintindo and classic arcade games, HTC Album which is awesome, and the list goes on and on.It's only got the 200Mhz OMap processor but mine is overclocked at 247Mhz all the time and it's plenty fast for everyday tasks and I can go 3 days on a charge. Video is much better if you use a CORE player or other formats. It doesn't have 3G but I can download Youtube videos to play instead of streaming if I'm not at a wifi hot spot (I an stream over wifi). There's no infared port but I discovered you can still beam files via bluetooth (who knew?) as well as use BT Explorer. There's no key board but if I wanted one I would have gotten a TyTn or something. I love the slim profile because I can afford to have a thick silicone cover for it. Pictures aren't that great either but good enough for novel use.My favorite use for the phone is TomTom Nav 6. The software works really well but I must also comment on how loud and clear the speaker is on the phone. It sounds really good.Only thing I don't like about the phone is it's lack of a regular D-pad controler. I've overcome this by programming buttons differently when playing games but the Touch Cruise and the Pharos seemed to have redesigned this to have both a scroll wheel and a reg D-pad function. All in all, I just haven't found much that this phone can't do. I'm very satisfied with it's customablilty and flexibility. I can make it do whatever I want (unlike the iphone hype). So if you can get your hands on one for a good price, I say buy it. I would suggest the new P3470 Pharos as well since it's basically the same, but he lack of wifi makes it weak. The touch cruise is the way to go, but they're still expensive.
