BEWARE...TREE DOES NOT LIGHT

This a great piece by Department 56 BUT the tree does not light up! Per the company, the box misrepresents the product and the tree was never intended to light. But I didn't get the piece for this feature. I wanted it for the cute skaters that circle the tree, so that is why I rated it so high.
