I've taken these since I was very young. The menthol effect makes breathing easier due to colds or other congestive conditions. These are available in sugar-free form, but either way, I'd hate to miss them! I formerly purchased them from German stores on the Internet, but it's nice to be able to obtain them from Amazon.
